Wedding Photos NH | Castle in the Clouds | Sophie and Kevin

Sophie and Kevin are both into theatre so I knew from the get go they were going to be up for almost anything ... Their energetic personalities were contagious and we had a great time working with them throughout the day!

Thank you Sophie and Kevin for including us! we can't wait to work with you again!

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this photo of Sophie!

There were very few dry eyes in the house during this dance ... even I had a little trouble holding it together.  Sophie wrote, scored, sang and recorded the song she danced to her father with ... he had no idea.  It was one of the best wedding moments I have ever witnessed ... and By the way ... it was AMAZING!

New Hampshire Weddings | Odiorne State Park | Kate and Adam

OK, so just like with my children I don't play favorites with my couples ... I love them all equally :)  .... BUT there are just some weddings that give you the butterflies and you just can't wait for the day to come ... Kate and Adam had one of those weddings.  They are 2 of the most genuine loving people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!  I so hope our paths cross again!

Kate doing her final touch ups before going to see her groom :)

Kate and Adam, like more and more couples are, chose to break tradition and see eachother before the ceremony for a photo session.  While hesitant about the idea at first they have told me they can't imagine having it done any other way.  They LOVED that they were able to see each other and say all the things they wanted to say without 150 people watching them.  Plus it gave us more time to get great photos :)

This photo was take seconds after they first saw each other.

I don't know if these guys did this on purpose ... but I love it :)

Who has the creativity to put an artichoke in a flower arrangement?  Mary from Lotus Flower designs, that's who.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE her arrangements!

Maine Wedding Photography | Minty and Jonathan

Ahhhh, Minty and Jonathan ... what an amazingly perfect day!  There were so many little details that made this wedding so one of a kind and unique.  I had such a great time learning about Minty's Thai culture and completely enjoyed all the traditions that went into making this day so perfect.  They did such a great job blending both cultures and having a wedding that truly represented who they are.  I was honored to be a part of it!

Minty folded hundreds upon hundreds of these origami cranes that were hung in various places through out the tent.

The beautiful Kaori :)

And of course the beautiful Minty :)

All of these photos were taken in Jonathan's sister's backyard where the wedding was held ...

Did I mention this was a back yard?!?!?!?

Part of the Thai ceremony was a blessing with Holy Water.

About half way through the reception Minty and Jonathan changed into their Thai attire for the Thai ceremony.  It was absolutely perfect!
